Then put the original tune in the new file. '05 Avalanche OS, ( 12606961 ) Does !Įdit : You should have swapped the entire OS without doing any segment swap and that would have given you the 4L80e along with the flex fuel tables. Avalanche flex fuel OS 12592618 does not have the flex fuel spark tables populated as you have it now. Your sensor is not at fault yet, it can't be without the right OS. before you segment swap the transmission. You will have to start with the stock tune and change your operating system first to a flex fuel platform, factory enabled, with flex fuel spark tables. I assumed this was the OS you had tried to swap. The (12606961) OS is from the Repository for an '05 Avalanche with flex fuel, 4L60e. If you are running the other OS Your sensor will not work as it is now and your spark tables are not populated for flex fuel. It looks like You're still running 12587811. I'm not sure where you are seeing the 12606961 OS.Īttached are the 1258782618 OS I am working with. I also updated all the tables to match my 06 silverado tune. Some available XDF files were originally imported from ECU files. All definitions are to be used at your own risk. So I found a 12592618 OS that had a 4l80e on the tuner repository and segment swaped the transmission and transmission diagnostics segments. I have made every effort to validate the accuracy of the General Motors 6E definition file and only the 6E definition file, as thats what I use to tune my own vehicle. Since these are different OS I can't segment swap between them. Attached is a picture of my calibration details. The avalanche tune had flex fuel enabled with the sensor from the factory. I bought and flashed "write entire" a 12592618 (05 Avalanche). Just to be clear, I started with a 12587811 (06 silverado) OS.
